Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale and discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
How to initiate a return
Email us at hello@tareefanbysimpy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and address.
India orders
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
USA orders
We provide a US return address for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs within the USA. For orders above $300 we provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
